Great news. We’ve teamed up with the Box team to give FounderPass members 4 months free when you sign up to their annual business plan.
So why Box?
As your business grows, stuff gets messy. Docs in email threads, pitch decks buried in someone’s personal Drive, onboarding files scattered across laptops... it works for about five minutes, then chaos takes over.
Box fixes that. It gives your business one secure home for every file and document, with powerful tools to collaborate, automate workflows, and manage access as you scale.
It’s used by startups through to global enterprises who want enterprise-grade security without the enterprise-level headaches. Think of Box as your content HQ: organised, secure, and built to grow with you.

Turning messy admin into simple workflows
Expense approvals, supplier onboarding, contracts, NDAs. Instead of chasing people around, you can set up automated file requests and review steps.

Our own take
Whilst we don't use Box all the time for our business, we have tested it out and found it do a great job at doing what it advertises. We could see many use cases for using Box for structured partner paperwork, investor docs, and internal onboarding templates. Folders are clean and version control removes the fear of someone updating the wrong doc. What we personally rated most is the confidence it gives when handling sensitive commercial agreements, something we do quite often. There is something reassuring about enterprise-level security without needing a full IT team.
Why we don't use it, currently our team is small and agile and we currently have a separate system to do this which is currently working, as we grow Box will be one of the companies and tools we'll consider adding to our tech stack but as it stands its a little overkill for our needs.
