Yes, FounderPass™ (a registered trademark) is operated by FounderPass Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom, Company No: 09389617. We are VAT registered (459116382) in the UK and operate globally offering our membership to founders and companies all over the world.
We work directly with all of the companies listed, you are more than welcome to contact the companies in question to check this, you can see proof of our partnership with certain companies who publish these online including Digital Ocean, GitHub,JetBrains and Linear App as examples.

To access the most of our deals you'll need to join us, membership is free and you'll get access to all the free deals we have listed, some deals are for our premium members, you can join as a premium member for $99/year to have access to all deals across the site.

Each deal will vary, most will be for new customers but we are increasing our number of deals that are eligible for existing customers too.
Due to the nature of our membership i.e When you sign up you get instant access to apply and get our Premium deals FounderPass membership fees, including initial payments and renewal fees, are non-refundable. By signing up, you agree to this policy, with refunds provided only if required by applicable law. Renewal fees are also non-refundable once processed, so if you don’t wish to continue your membership, be sure to cancel before the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting us directly or cancelling within your account.
